- Why is my item marked as [PREORDER]?
If a product is marked as a [PREORDER] it means it's not in stock but in the first stages of production, taking 1-2 months from the preorder's closing date. Keep in mind that delays may happen!
Preorders will not be refunded once the preorder period ends, so please make sure you're willing to wait for the long production times and shipping before placing them!

- I ordered something in-stock with a preorder item! What will happen?
The whole order will be sent when the preordered items will be ready. If you wish to get the in-stock item first you will have to make a separate order.
- Where do you ship from?
- How long will it take?
Europe: 10-40 days
Outside the EU: 30-180 days
I ship small batches of orders twice a week, remember that I'm doing this all by myself and I also have a day job!
- Lost package/I still didn't receive my package
Unfortunately once the order is shipped I can't control what happens if you choose untracked, so if you want to be sure I'd advise to choose tracked. Also PLEASE double check your address!!!
If you choose tracked, keep in mind that beyond 30 days I will hardly be able to contact support and get a refund.
- What is your refunds/returns/exchanges policy?
Please contact me if any problems arise!
If the product arrives broken or is the wrong one I will gladly send a new one, but only after throughough proof of that.
I won't issue refunds unless:
+ I'm not able to ship the item
+ The order hasn't been shipped yet
+ The preorder period hasn't ended yet.
If you want to exchange the product on your order please contact me in 24 hours before I send them out, if the package is already done and shipped an exchange won't be possible.
